​Luther Jackson is the economic stimulus manager at NOVA, the workforce and economic development agency in Sunnyvale, CA that provides customer-focused workforce development services.  His interests include media and high tech sectors. Prior to joining NOVA he was executive officer of the San Jose Newspaper Guild, the union local representing newspaper workers at the San Jose Mercury News and Monterey County Herald. Luther also served as a reporter at the Detroit Free Press from 1979 to 1990.
