Hailing from Long Beach, Ca, she is living proof that where one grows up does not have to dictate their path. She has her Bachelors in American Studies from UC Berkeley and a Masters Degree in Counseling and Guidance from San Jose State and has done extensive research on Black student experiences in higher education.

As a two time, first generation college graduate, Sha Quasha is passionate about advancing educational equity, access and inclusion for systemically and historically marginalized communities.
