Ratika Dayaldasani

Ratika serves as the Operations Manager. She has over 20 years of experience providing Human Resources services, primarily for nonprofit organizations. She has a Bachelor’s Degree and Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Washington University in St. Louis. As a certified Empathic Communication Trainer, Ratika conducts weekly virtual training sessions for audiences from around the world. Being a first-generation immigrant, Ratika resonates deeply with Hack the Hood's mission of creating safe spaces where people of color feel a deep sense of belonging. She is a trained Yoga teacher (RYT 200) and teaches meditation and yoga in Chicago, where she lives with her husband and two active boys, whom she proudly homeschools. If she ever finds free time, she enjoys sewing.
