Winslow Holmes

Winslow Holmes is a software engineer by training, having completed his degree in management information systems and computing, at Greenwich University, England. Prior to moving to the United States in the mid 1990's, Winslow was a software consultant to British-based financial and energy organizations. Winslow has been an engineering leader in silicon valley for over 25 years, building software for start-ups and fortune 100 companies.

Since 2021, Winslow has been a principal at Riviera Partners, a tech recruitment firm, where he is a headhunter for venture capital backed early-stage ventures, seeking their first engineering and product executives. Winslow makes it a priority to participate in his community: he is a long-standing board member of Pact (www.pactadopt,org) and takes great joy in mentoring and coaching students from Year Up.

Winslow has a passion for yoga and dancing Argentinian tango. He and his son, Ben, take frequent trips to countries anew.
